Role Description We are seeking a full-time Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at our Henderson, NV facility. The Executive Chef will oversee menu development, recipe creation, and innovation across multiple brands and product lines.
This role will collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to scale recipes from concept to commercial production while maintaining taste integrity, efficiency, and compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead culinary innovation and develop new menu concepts for large-scale production
Manage and mentor kitchen and R&D staff
Ensure adherence to food safety, HACCP, and GMP standards
Collaborate with production teams to refine recipes for efficiency and flavor consistency
Oversee product testing, tasting panels, and quality control evaluations
Maintain kitchen organization and ensure optimal workflow in a high-volume environment
Drive continuous improvement in culinary processes, costs, and ingredient sourcing
Qualifications
Demonstrated culinary expertise with experience in menu development, recipe formulation, and product innovation
Proven leadership and management skills for motivating and overseeing culinary and production teams
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, quality standards, HACCP, and GMP compliance
Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration abilities
Experience in natural foods, CPG, or gourmet product development preferred
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training strongly preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
