Overview An exciting postdoctoral fellowship opportunity is available at The Ohio State University, College of Pharmacy within the Division of Pharmacy Practice and Science, in partnership with Cardinal Health, Inc. The goal of the fellowship program is to provide comprehensive postgraduate training to prepare a pharmacy fellow to design, conduct, and evaluate pharmaceutical and health outcomes research with a focus on application to solving problems in the pharmacy profession, healthcare system, and the pharmaceutical industry. This fellowship will provide advanced research training to pharmacists to prepare for positions in a variety of settings such as academia, the pharmaceutical industry, managed care organizations, government, and consulting.

The program includes hands‑on experience and mentored research training at the College of Pharmacy and Cardinal Health, Inc. The fellow will have additional training opportunities in areas such as grant‑writing, presentation and publication skills, and teaching. There will be ample opportunities for professional networking and development at both the College of Pharmacy and Cardinal Health, Inc.

Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required. Master of Science (MS) degree in Public Health, Health Services Research, or related field, or equivalent research training is preferred. Previous pharmacy residency or equivalent clinical training preferred. Excellent communication, time‑management, and organizational skills are a must.
