Community Leasing Associate – Fairfield Residential
Fairfield Residential is a leader in multifamily housing, with over 1,500 associates serving more than 1,000 communities nationwide. We are looking for a dynamic, top‑performing salesperson to join the Landmark at Wynton Pointe, a 380‑unit apartment community in the heart of our market. About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and Fairfield associates. As a Leasing Associate, you will drive the lease closing process, deliver exceptional customer service, and help maintain resident retention. This position reports to the Community Manager and offers potential promotion to Assistant Community Manager. What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Sales
– Lead the lease closing process, highlight community amenities, resolve resident needs, and exceed sales goals. Operations
– Manage lease files, maintain paperwork and computer systems using Yardi accounting software. Marketing
– Complete marketing tasks, update social media sites, and stay knowledgeable about local market conditions. What You Need Day One
Minimum one year experience in a customer service, sales, or retail position. Experience or knowledge in leasing or real estate a plus. Strong typing and computer skills – intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Professional verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to close a sale is highly preferred. Knowledge of tax credit, fair housing, and trade practices a plus. Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays. Compensation
Hourly rate: $20.12 – $23.41 (non‑exempt). This range reflects base rate only and does not include allowances, perks, commissions, or bonuses applicable to this position. Benefits
