Overview Join Align Technology’s EMEA Sales team as an Account/Territory Manager (Antwerp, Limburg (BE), Limburg (NL)). This field-based role reports to the Area Sales Manager, BeLux and focuses on driving growth with General Dentists across Antwerp, Limburg (Belgium), and Limburg (Netherlands). The position is under a Belgian employment contract and covers a territory distributed approximately two-thirds in Belgium and one-third in the Netherlands. It’s an opportunity to make an impact at a fast‑growing, category‑defining company accelerating market and category expansion.

Role Expectations

Manage a sales territory and be a business partner to your customers (General Dentists) to modernize and grow their business, including the expansion of iTero intraoral scanners, exocad CAD/CAM software, and the ultimate adoption of the Invisalign Clear Aligners System.

Plan and execute a territory sales plan based on understanding the potential, nurturing and growing Invisalign case starts at account level, and actively prospecting and pursuing new iTero interoral scanner opportunities.

Use insights and a consultative selling approach to challenge and encourage your customers to adopt new digital processes and tools.

Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.

Partner with other Align sellers, clinical support, and dental constituents within your territory to maximize customer experience and ongoing promotion of Align solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience and/or business management; track record of performance, achievement, and excellence in growing businesses.

Industry experience selling medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant B2B experience.

Strong relationship management with a portfolio-based, consultative approach—mapping stakeholders, aligning multi-product solutions, and growing account value.

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Flemish and English.

Willingness to travel in assigned territory and occasionally outside to attend meetings and events.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Salesforce preferred, and virtual communication platforms.

The ideal candidate is living in East Flanders, Belgium.
