About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, fashion‑forward environment and can seamlessly balance design vision with technical execution. From concept to completion, you’ll bring our brand story to life across digital channels—email, ads, social, and sales tools.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Email Creative
Design visually compelling marketing and automated emails that align with brand standards.
Build and code emails in Listrak, ensuring flawless rendering across all devices.
Update and optimize automated series creatives for engagement and performance.
Monitor weekly campaign performance, providing creative insights and reporting.
Write engaging subject lines and preheaders that reflect brand voice and drive opens.
Grid
Create a seasonal sales tool that represents the entire collection.
Retouch and color‑correct images to maintain visual consistency.
Coordinate between production team, retouchers, and JOOR to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
Ads
Design digital ad content, including static, animated, and video formats for paid channels.
Maintain brand consistency while tailoring creative to platform‑specific best practices.
Social
Creating ad content (organic and paid), ensuring visuals align with current campaigns and collection launches.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or e‑commerce.
Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Experience with email platforms or SMS (preferably Listrak or Klaviyo)
Strong sense of typography, layout, and color.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
An eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand aesthetics.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
Salary $125,000
