What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead and execute the sales process for Trimble’s asset lifecycle management solutions to private sector agencies

Develop business and account plans to enhance pipeline growth and customer engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives

Conduct consultative solution selling to address complex client needs and recommend appropriate Trimble products

Collaborate with internal teams to drive new client acquisition and account expansion opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred

Minimum of 7 years of direct quota-carrying sales experience in selling complex technology solutions, preferably SaaS

Proven track record of pipeline development and successful business case presentations

Experience navigating complex contract negotiations and long sales cycles

Proficiency in using Salesforce.com for managing sales activities and forecasting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with consultative, solution-based sales methodologies, with a preference for Challenger methodology

Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategic partner relationships

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including conducting product demonstrations

History of managing opportunity activity in CRM with high attention to detail
