What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide support to customers and stores for the O’Rewards program
Assist with customer internet account issues and resolve billing or shipping questions for online customers
Handle customer inquiries regarding gift cards and assist with fulfilling online orders
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and messaging platforms
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Proficient in keyboarding, email, spreadsheet, and word processing skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment or similar customer service role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the automotive aftermarket involving customer service, product liability, and quality control
Basic knowledge of automotive systems
Bilingual abilities
