Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Position Overview NA:EUN is seeking an experienced and dedicated Dining Room Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the owners, directors, and the entire restaurant team to ensure the seamless operation of our restaurant, fostering a positive work environment and maintaining the high standards that define our dining experience.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic leader with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications

1+ years supervising in fine dining restaurant(s)

Deep understanding of fine dining food and beverage service standards.

Extensive knowledge of the restaurant industry both in NYC and around the world

Keen attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of service meet Atomix’s high standards

Proficiency in restaurant management software and tools (e.g., POS systems, reservation platforms)

Ability to handle high‑pressure situations with grace and composure

Genuine enthusiasm for the restaurant and an endless curiosity for the food & wine world

Positive attitude, a sense of urgency, and strong communication skills

Preferred: NYC DOH Food Protections Certificate (can be obtained prior to start date)

Responsibilities

Lead the front‑of‑house team before, during, and after service, ensuring preparation, focus, and continuous improvement.

Manage the floor: touch tables, monitor doors, run food, oversee staff, assist with beverage service, and liaise between kitchen and front‑of‑house to ensure smooth service.

Handle menu updates and printing.

Perform opening manager duties: walkthrough, prep opening email, staff adjustments, pre‑shift meetings.

Perform closing manager duties: daily recaps, bank reconciliation, financial reports, time‑card approval, final walkthrough.

Manage guest opportunities, solve problems, and oversee guest relations (reservation slots, notes, rapport with returning guests).

Summarize guest feedback trends, follow‑up with team, highlight positive achievements.

Coach and mentor team members, fostering development and education.

Assist with ordering, inventory, and management of front‑of‑house supplies.

Recruit, hire, schedule, train new hires, and review performance.

Create and implement systems and procedures for maintenance and operational efficiency.

Maintain training materials and vendor relationships.

Ensure all health and safety standards are upheld with high sanitation practices.

Communicate and provide direction: prioritize tasks, manage demands, complete daily tasks in a timely manner.

Coordinate with front‑ and back‑of‑house managers to align goals, objectives, and financial operations.

Additional Qualifications

Passion for creating an unforgettable guest experience through service and hospitality.

Exceptional floor presence.

Extensive depth of food and beverage knowledge.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality.

NYC Department of Health Food Protection Certification and strong understanding of hygiene best practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workplace.

Knowledge or experience with Korean food & beverage is a plus but not required.
