Outside Commercial Sales Representative – Integrated Security Systems Experience Needed

Job Responsibilities
Call on commercial accounts in Las Vegas and surrounding areas to influence purchase of electronic security equipment and services.
Meet with decision makers, cultivating sales with commercial and industrial building owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals.
Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Two (2) years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts preferred but not required.
Strong desire and ability to learn and compete in the security integration industry.
Technical aptitude with Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Parking Revenue, Electrified Hardware, and other electronic security disciplines.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to create detailed estimates and include product vendors and cabling subcontractors.
Excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills.
Aggressive hunter skilled in generating leads and developing new business.
Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
Other duties as assigned.
