Outside Sales Representative
We are seeking a career oriented, self-starting professional for a Commercial Outside Sales Representative position. As a sales rep, you will be selling commercial roofing systems and repair services to a variety of existing and potential clients throughout Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. Our ideal candidate will possess commercial sales experience (at least 3 to 5 years).
Requirements/Responsibilities
You will be implementing sales strategies to maximize the Company’s sales.
Demonstrated influencing and selling skills.
Strong follow up and relationship building ability.
Pleasant personality.
Ability to work well in a professional office setting as well as visiting contractors on jobsites.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to sell at the executive level, build a sales organization, and manage to a budget.
Must be able to assist customers in inspecting, measuring, and estimating roof projects.
Must be able to climb ladders to access roofs.
Valid driver's license and good driving record necessary.
Successfully passing a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle records check is required.
Limited travel may be required.
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
Strong computer aptitude is desired.
Knowledge of commercial roofing systems is a plus.
