Base Pay Range
$20.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Responsibilities
Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying member needs.
Offer guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology and purchasing decisions.
Locate merchandise, assist with purchasing, resolve member issues, and promote the company's products and services.
Assist management with supervising associates in assigned areas—assigning duties, communicating goals, training, and providing feedback.
Maintain the sales floor through stocking, merchandising, signage, pricing, and removal of damaged goods.
Ensure safety of the facility, conduct safety sweeps, handle hazardous materials, and correct unsafe situations.
Monitor food and merchandise quality, enforce product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards.
Oversee picking and staging of club pick‑up orders, ensuring compliance with company policy.
Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs, analyze information, and identify improvement opportunities.
Promote compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, supporting the Open Door Policy.
Lead and participate in teams, coordinating work assignments, providing feedback, and modeling adaptability.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
At least 6 months of retail experience and 6 months of customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership experience; supervising, hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing a team.
