Department Details Join our fast‑paced clinic working closely with OBGYN physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and support staff to deliver coordinated care plans tailored to each patient's needs. We strive to improve women’s health outcomes through compassionate care, advocacy, and proactive health management. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Job Summary

Answers patient inquiries over the telephone, assessing the severity of the patient's symptoms and medical needs according to triage algorithms. Guides the patient to the appropriate level of care and schedules appointments with the appropriate providers, facilities, or physicians. Documents information provided to patients during triage in health record systems and records patients’ health conditions for follow‑up care. Maintains and develops triage protocols and ensures health information is updated on time. The role also provides education to patients based on calls that come in and answers inquiries through various technologies used in the department. Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred (American Association of Colleges of Nursing, Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. One year of healthcare experience preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice is occurring; or possesses multistate licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact state. Licensure in the states where patients reside is required for telephone nursing practice. Within the first 30 days of employment, all license, competency, and certification requirements needed for the role are completed and subsequently maintained. Benefits
