As a

Partner Manager , you will be managing a portfolio of

Odoo Partners . Your main role will be to make your Partners

grow

and

expand

their Odoo customer base. Our partners are ERP integrators and IT companies that include Odoo in their solutions portfolio. As the partner’s main point of contact, you'll coach them on best practices regarding their business strategy, implementation methodology, and drive their growth throughout the partnership journey. On top of that, you’ll also be in contact with a large diversity of prospects, from SMEs to large enterprises. You’ll qualify their needs, deliver customized product demos, and act as a matchmaker by pairing them with the most suitable partner. We are looking for 4 new colleagues! Real responsibilities from day 1 Master Odoo’s features and become outstanding at convincing prospects Work closely with Partners of all sizes and maturity Develop and share your expertise across multiple areas, including marketing, sales, and project implementation Each Partner is unique. You’ll need to be proactive and think creatively to reach your goals We expect you to challenge your Partners and play a key role in their growth Responsibilities

Act as business coach. You'll have an impact across all areas of your partner's business. You can find the list of our partners by country HERE Onboard new Odoo Partners, and create action plans to make existing partners grow. Partners managers can define the path of their partners success themselves Establish long term win-win relationships with your partner portfolio Work on inbound leads, and manage the full sales cycle: qualify customer needs, convince them with tailored demos, negotiate pricing Connect customers with the right Odoo Partner and close the deal Fiorella explains (totally worth it!). We work with our customers in two ways:

For the implementation of Odoo, customers can choose to work directly with Odoo, or through an Odoo Partner.

Regardless of the approach, Odoo is always in contact with the customer. Direct service

For small companies that will be working with our Business Advisor team, using a Success Pack for standard implementations For large customers that will be in touch with our Mid-Market & Corporate team. Odoo manages the commercial relationship and is responsible for the implementation. Indirect service

For companies of all sizes Odoo manages the commercial relationship with the customers, and the Partner is responsible for the implementation Partners offers local project management, as well as custom development when needed. About you
