We’re looking for a Guest Service Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in making every guest feel truly welcome. What You’ll Do:
Greet guests with genuine warmth, ensuring smooth, memorable check-in and check-out experiences.
Answer and manage internal and external calls efficiently, providing prompt, thoughtful assistance.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service that consistently goes above and beyond.
Coordinate behind-the-scenes magic by dispatching Service Express Runners and hotel staff via two-way radio.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining a polished, professional approach.

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $22/ hour + potential commissions
Schedule: 8hr shifts, 5 days/week, both AM and PM shifts

Minimum Requirements:
Previous customer service experience required
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting preferred
