Our client, a healthcare association, is seeking an Education Coordinator to support their programs and team based in Arlington, VA!
Responsibilities:
Identify and accurately prioritize learning topics through needs assessments and tracking trends.
Develop educational tools and resources.
Lead the annual Symposium planning - coordinate speakers, create agenda, and provide support for virtual and in-person trainings.
Review and update program certification requirements.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years of educational programmatic experience.
A bachelor's degree in business or education is highly preferred.
Experience in a healthcare setting is highly desired.
Proficient in MS Office Products and Apple products with a technical savviness.
Collaborative, organized, and strong time management skills.
Position Information:
$60K-65K + a comprehensive benefits package
Remote position but must be based out of the DMV
