You’ll be supported by experienced staff and have mentorship available if you’re a newer graduate. Compensation is highly competitive, with a base salary in the $140-160K range plus a ProSal model with no negative accrual and the benefits package is extensive. About You DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in New York State Enthusiastic about high-quality medicine and patient care Enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Strong communication skills and a desire to build lasting client relationships
