About the Role We are seeking a dedicated

Physical Therapist —preferably with

pediatric or school-based experience —to join our multidisciplinary team serving students across K–12 school sites. This is an

in-person position

providing services directly on campus with a flexible 3–4 day schedule. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and support students’ functional needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to help each student reach their physical and academic potential. Key Responsibilities Evaluate the needs of students and design individualized therapy plans. Implement therapeutic activities to improve functional mobility, gross motor skills, posture, strength, range of motion, muscle tone, and activities of daily living. Provide consultative support for students receiving indirect services. Maintain detailed documentation and progress records in compliance with district and state requirements. Travel between assigned school sites as needed. Collaborate with educators and families to integrate therapy goals within the classroom setting. Qualifications Valid

Physical Therapist (PT) License

(required). Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple school sites. Why Join Us? Competitive hourly rate:
