Overview

Seasoned PM with SAP S4 HANA Implementation Experience and knowledge of SAP SCM (MM, PP, WM, IM). PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP S4 HANA Implementation
• Strong SAP S4 HANA SCM knowledge
• Strong Project Management skills
• Life Science Domain experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

1. Understanding overall program and creating a project plan around SAP implementation project.
2. Liaising with Business to plan the strategy for the Program.
3. Managing project deliverables based on project delivery framework (Unity).
4. Managing procurement processes (contracts, purchasing, and invoices).
5. Managing project risks, issues, actions, and decisions (RAID log).
6. Coordinating and managing cutover activities during deployment.
7. Communicating project statuses on a weekly basis.
8. Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
9. Facilitating project meetings and sending out meeting minutes.
10. Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
11. Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems/issues in a timely manner.
12. Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.
13. Managing daily stand-up meetings.
14. Preparing materials for OSC (Operating Steering Committee) / ESC (Executive Steering Committee).
15. Coordinating with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls.
16. Raising risks, issues, and escalation to senior management and customer.
17. Creating all quality documents, collecting metrics data, and conducting audits.
18. Performing value creation and KM activities.
19. Creating project plans and keeping track of schedule for on-time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
20. Ensuring process improvement and compliance, participating in technical design discussions, and reviewing technical documents.
