Job Description

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration
• Minimum 7 years of IT work experience including application system design and implementation
• Required experience: Workday and any Procurement ERP system
• Cognos, Tableau, XML, SQL, Ab-Initio, DB2, Oracle and knowledge of multiple development methodologies
• Implementing corporate DataLake/Datamart solution in Snowflake
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, document existing pain points and current system usage
• Suggest the best possible solutions to improve system usage
• Develop new system on Snowflake with migration and implementation of DataLake/Datamart on SQL Server (Legacy database)
• Required experience with business domain: Workday, finance, procurement processes
• Architect design and implement existing finance DataMart on a cloud‑based platform Snowflake
• Responsible for requirements documentation (pain points and new features) and supporting stakeholders
• Good to have Workday data objects/business objects
• Required experience with ERP systems in finance, HR and procurement process
• Workday data objects/Workday business objects and DataLake
• Data warehousing, business intelligence, data marts, data profiling, data quality analysis and data analytics, advanced SQL query skills and experience in a data analyst role with strong analytical skills
• Minimum 3 years of database modeling experience including DB2, Oracle, SQL/Server or comparable
• Effective at gathering and analyzing business requirements and current system behavior, and collaborating to create system design specification documents (functional specifications, system use cases, mock‑ups, design models)
• Demonstrated experience working within a complex team environment, with multiple vendor teams, providing SME support across programs, and experience with reference data management/governance and end‑to‑end data lineage
