Our client, a prominent financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. The position is fully on site in Midtown Manhattan.
Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage the busy calendars of multiple executives and keep them informed regarding all commitments and responsibilities
- Prepare meeting materials and generate reports
- Monitor incoming emails, draft correspondence, and maintain up-to-date contact information in Outlook
- Arrange travel and logistics
- Screen incoming phone calls, route appropriately, and take messages
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years’ Executive Assistant experience at a financial services firm
- Tech savvy, with strong Microsoft Office skills
- Highly focused, with extremely professional demeanor
- Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information
