We’re seeking a
Project Coordinator
to support our clients
Clinical Operations team . Reporting to the VP of Clinical Operations, this role will provide critical project and operational support across multiple programs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trial activities.
Maintain and update systems, trackers, and dashboards across clinical programs.
Assist with risk tracking, data collation, and cross-functional communication.
Coordinate internal/external meetings, agendas, and minutes.
Partner with cross‑functional teams, CROs, and vendors to ensure on‑time, high‑quality trial delivery.
Support continuous improvement and departmental initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
2+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and compliance‑minded.
