CCB Test Lead
We are seeking a CCB Test Lead to manage end‑to‑end testing activities for applications, ensuring high‑quality deliverables, compliance with industry standards, and smooth execution of test cycles. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for applications. Ensure comprehensive functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing. Validate APIs, services, and map layers through manual and automated test cases. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and teams to align testing activities with project requirements. Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, HP ALM, or similar tools. Perform root cause analysis and defect triaging, ensuring timely resolution. Ensure compliance with QA best practices, testing standards, and utility industry regulations. Provide test progress reports and key metrics to stakeholders. Lead and mentor a testing team, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing. Coordinate with internal teams, third‑party vendors, and offshore units to execute test cycles smoothly. Engage in client discussions, requirement analysis, and testing sign‑offs to ensure business expectations are met. Qualifications: Strong experience with Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CCB) and testing for CCB projects. Experience with C2M. Proven test planning and execution skills. Exposure to test automation, including Tosca. Proficiency with defect management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM. Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills. This role is Mid‑Senior level, contract employment, within the Information Technology field.
