Woodworking Assemblers

for a local manufacturer in Shelby, NC. This is a full-time, entry-level,

temp-to-hire

opportunity with the potential for growth and permanent hire. Shift:

1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Overtime as needed (up to 10 hrs./day, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Rare Saturdays (6:00 AM – 11:00 AM, only 3–4 times/year What You’ll Do

Assemble products using

wood, metal, and plastic. Use

carpentry/fabrication

tools, follow blueprints, and ensure accurate assembly. Operate a

forklift

and move heavy sheets of wood. Apply

basic math skills : fractions, decimals, and conversions. Assist with

equipment

maintenance/repairs

as needed. Requirements

Forklift experience (required) Ability to lift 50 lbs and read measurements to 1/16” Prior woodworking, laminate, carpentry, or construction experience a plus HS Diploma or GED Must pass drug screen, background check & ruler assessment test Call our Shelby office at
