Description

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team in Moline, Illinois. In this position, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will help drive informed decision‑making across the organization, while fostering collaboration between various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to support data‑driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using tools such as PowerBI and BusinessObjects Technologies.
  • Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and security teams to ensure accurate data product creation and delivery.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Design and implement AB testing strategies to evaluate data solutions and drive performance.
  • Utilize tools like Apache Spark and R Studio to process and analyze large datasets effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment of data initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough data storytelling to present insights in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Uphold data confidentiality, integrity, and security standards in all interactions.
  • Assist in Agile Scrum processes to ensure timely delivery of projects and updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or related roles, showcasing attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python.
  • Advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools, including PowerBI and Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Familiarity with data modeling tools like Erwin Data and analytics platforms.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and build positive relationships within a team environment.
