Wilson Sonsini is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Marketing Technology team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing marketing data from multiple sources to support strategic initiatives, optimize campaigns, and ensure the firm's business development and marketing efforts are on track. The role requires a strong blend of technical and analytical skills, along with the ability to collaborate across departments.
This role can be on a hybrid remote schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing data analysis, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet).
- Experience with CRM systems, ERM platforms, marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Introhive), and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing technology platforms.
- Analyze data from various marketing technology platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing tools, social media analytics, and website traffic data.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data reporting dashboards for business development and leadership teams to track metrics around prospect client and client relationships.
- Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations based on data findings to optimize marketing and business development efforts around the firm's client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Create insights around campaign performance, lead generation, and other key performance indicators (KPIs), within Marketo and Salesforce.
- Support the Senior Manager of Marketing Technology in the integration and automation of marketing data systems and tools.
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders, including the business development, events, and communications teams.
- Create training documentation and how to clips and provide user trainings as needed.
San Francisco, New York, Palo Alto: $81,600 - $110,400 per year.
The compensation for this position may include a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
