Responsibilities
Process Analysis and Improvement:
Analyze current processes, workflows, and data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Develop and implement process optimization strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collect and analyze process performance metrics to measure the impact of improvements
Project Coordination:
Coordinate project activities between various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
Facilitate communication, manage timelines, and track deliverables for assigned projects
Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, escalating issues as needed
Prepare project status reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights
Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations
Collaborate with data analysts and subject matter experts to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Present data-driven insights to leadership and cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in process improvement, project coordination, or data analysis roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
