Key Responsibilities
- Manage all warehouse functions: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform physical counts
- Coordinate deliveries and schedule shipping to ensure timely project support
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff; assign daily duties, schedule shifts and provide training
- Monitor safety procedures and promote a safe warehouse environment
- Improve warehouse systems and processes to boost efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulatory standards
- Communicate and collaborate with management and project teams regularly
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of warehouse, logistics, or construction supply experience
- Prior supervisory or management experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and inventory control skills
- Familiarity with warehouse systems
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical labor
- Strong communication and leadership skills
