We're hiring a Warehouse Manager for a growing manufacturing company based in Dallas, TX. This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive compensation ranging from $70,000 to $100,000+ annually, including overtime.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and material planning
• Mentor and develop warehouse staff to foster a high-performance culture
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless production flow
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Utilize Acumatica ERP to manage inventory and logistics

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams
• Strong understanding of material planning and warehouse logistics
• Experience with Acumatica ERP or similar systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
