Receptionist Position

Join H&R Block as a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist. Your role will focus on wow clients now and in the future by answering phones, greeting clients, and ensuring all client needs are met.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional
• Schedule clients according to their preference
• Ensure client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi‑task
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Computer proficieny with Microsoft Office
