A Typical Day

As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will wow clients now and in the future, ensuring positive experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients as they prefer
• Ensure all client needs have been met during service (in‑person, over the phone, or virtually)
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills

• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to multi‑task
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office

Pay Range

$11.00 - $27.00 per hour (Local minimum wage laws apply. Successful candidates may participate in incentive compensation plans, etc.)
