Gumloop is growing fast and needs a dedicated Internal Recruiter to shape our hiring function.

Job Summary

As Gumloop’s first Internal Recruiter, you will source top talent, craft a great candidate experience, and build systems that make hiring fast, transparent, and scalable.

What You’ll Do

• Own full‑cycle recruiting—sourcing, interviewing, and closing key roles.
• Work with the Head of Ops and founders to define role profiles and interview processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach and creative sourcing.
• Develop and improve recruiting operations and tools (e.g., Ashby).
• Craft clear, compelling job descriptions that reflect Gumloop’s tone and values.
• Track and report hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Help define our hiring brand and ensure every candidate interaction reflects who we are.

What You Bring

• 3–6 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a fast‑paced tech environment.
• Proven ability to hire for both technical and GTM roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and a network across startups or SaaS companies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication—write outreach that inspires responses.
• Bias for action, organization, and follow‑through.
• Enjoy working closely with in‑office teams.
