What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter at Lee Health, you’ll partner closely with department leaders and HR colleagues to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a variety of clinical and non-clinical areas. You’ll coordinate the full recruitment process from sourcing and pre‑screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring every candidate has a positive experience and every hiring manager has the support they need.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing creative recruiting strategies to meet critical staffing goals.
• Building strong relationships with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver results.
• Managing end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including interviews, assessments, and offers.
• Representing Lee Health at job fairs, community events, and recruitment campaigns to promote our mission and values.
• Coaching and guiding candidates and leaders on recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Partnering with Recruitment Assistants and external search firms to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Supporting special projects and initiatives that enhance our recruitment programs and employer brand.

Requirements

• Education: Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum one year related experience in Recruitment, HR generalist, or other human resource role, with healthcare experience preferred.

• Other: Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, flexibility, creativity, and innovation; able to promote and sell Lee Health to potential candidates. Some travel required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret recruitment data, business periodicals, procedures, or governmental regulations. Must be able to negotiate, communicate, present information, and respond to questions from clients (hiring managers, candidates, key executive stakeholders). Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
