Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end hiring processes, focusing on both long-term and immediate workforce planning needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and help scale recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Contribute to hiring strategy by providing insight and guidance to the team on scaling talent recruitment efforts to reduce time to fill for critical positions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that reflect the requirements of upcoming positions.

Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with the hiring team to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through thoughtful communication and scheduling.

Analyze candidate survey data to continue to improve talent acquisition strategy.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes, aligning with the needs of the business.
Essential Skills
-
3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth advanced manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations for the industry.

Strong interpersonal skills to connect with potential candidates.

Familiarity with applicant tracking software, preferably Greenhouse.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Durham, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $43.27/hr.
