Recruiter - Workforce Solutions Division
At Kavaliro, we help solve problems for our clients. Within our workforce solutions division this means helping companies find the right talent for their teams. We specialize in professional roles within Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting & Finance, HR, Marketing and beyond. Our delivery teams support commercial retail clients, large VMS-run organizations and Government contracts within the Department of Defense. We are seeking additional recruiters to join our delivery teams.
The job
- Our recruiters are responsible for sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates for outside clients. We are full‑lifecycle recruiters, maintaining relationships from first sourcing through placement and beyond. We aim for one placement a week.
- Kavaliro invests heavily in standard search tools and encourages recruiters to bring new ideas to the table. If you think a new‑to‑market recruiting tool could be beneficial, we welcome your input.
- While the best way to find a candidate may vary, we subscribe to a methodology that prioritizes phone calls as the most direct path to connecting with talent.
- Each Workforce Solutions branch has an assigned HR Coordinator to handle onboarding, but recruiters assist candidates through hiring, including chasing down documents and nudging consultants for time card submissions.
- Kavaliro encourages all employees to understand the business across the country to promote cohesion, collaboration and new business development.
- Recruiter positions work in the office with remote Fridays, fostering a vibrant “recruiting pit” environment.
What we need you to bring
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting for a staffing agency.
- General knowledge of the staffing ecosystem, including contract staffing, contract‑to‑hire placements, and direct‑hire recruiting.
- Exposure to Government recruiting, IT/Engineering roles (including work‑visa situations), or high‑volume VMS clients is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree not required, but candidates with heavy exposure or knowledge of the business world through education or experience are preferred.

- Standard compensation includes base plus commission. Contract roles have tiered commission; direct‑hire commission is a competitive percentage of the fee collected.
