Seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter with deep domain expertise in capital markets or the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role requires a proven ability to “sell” candidates, manage client expectations, and handle all levels of stakeholder engagement with confidence and strategic vision. You will own the full recruitment life cycle and play a critical role in sourcing, assessing, and presenting top talent for highly specialized corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for capital markets/BFSI clients, from job briefing and sourcing through negotiation and offer management.
  • Sell qualified candidates to hiring managers and business units, effectively articulating their strengths and fit for the role.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders (clients, senior management, candidates) and maintain ongoing communication to drive collaboration and successful placements.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, tapping into active and passive talent pools within capital markets and BFSI.
  • Advise business leaders on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.
  • Screen resumes, conduct in-depth interviews, and present comprehensive candidate assessments.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies for hiring in financial services.
  • Provide regular recruitment progress reports and insights to clients and business leaders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of corporate recruiting experience in capital markets or BFSI environments (e.g., banking, asset management, insurance, trading, financial technology).
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills for championing candidates to clients.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with experience handling senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
  • Expert knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing methodologies.
