Pay

Base pay range: $35.00/hr – $40.00/hr

Contract Details

Contract Recruiter – 6 months. Hybrid (3 days/week onsite) in Westminster, CO. 30 hours/week through the end of the year, 40 hours/week January – May 2026.

Must Haves

• 2‑5+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting a range of positions
• Strong communication skills
• Sourcing skills

Preferred

• Utilities Industry experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job postings using the HRMS recruiting platform.
• Screen applicants, interview candidates, administer assessments, conduct reference and background checks, and make hire recommendations.
• Serve as a recruiting expert for positions at all levels, including trades, clerical, professional, management, and DOT covered roles.
• Proactively source passive candidates through research, talent‑pool database searches, and other methods.

Requirements

• At least 2‑5 years of recruiting experience with an understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles.
• Strong understanding of recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Comfortable using technology and tools such as applicant‑tracking systems and social media.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
