This role is a key part of the Finance team — overseeing core accounting operations, driving month‑end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to strategic process improvements as we scale. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of general ledger accounting, month‑end close, and financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Partner cross‑functionally to support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline accounting operations.
• Support optimization of NetSuite.
• Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and financial analysis as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including GL and close responsibilities.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite.
• Excellent understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment — adaptable, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
