Job Type and Compensation

Full Time | $24.00- $26.00 per hour | 40 hours per week. Must be able to work any shift including weekends and holidays (We operate 24 hours a day & 7 days a week).

Key Responsibilities

• Load and secure food, beverage, and equipment carts onto a high-lift box truck based on flight schedules.
• Safely drive and operate the truck on airport grounds, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
• Lift and position the truck at aircraft doors for accurate loading and unloading of catering carts.
• Swap full carts with empty ones while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate clearly with airline crew, ramp agents, and kitchen staff to coordinate deliveries.
• Monitor flight schedules to ensure on-time service for every flight.
• Perform routine safety checks and keep the vehicle and carts clean and organized at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year box truck or straight truck driving experience (Required).
• Must pass a TSA background check, airport security clearance, and a safety-sensitive pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure airport environment.
• Open availability: early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to take direction, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, professional attitude.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in airline catering, logistics, or airport operations.
• Familiarity with operating high-lift vehicles or working around aircraft.
