Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times. Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.


• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees.


• Set hours, create weekly schedules, and assign tasks before, during, and after opening hours.


• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.


• Direct, schedule, and provide training for Front of House and Back of House.


• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food consistent with established recipes and procedures.


• Conduct formal line Taste & Temps.


• Enforce appropriate security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests.


• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory.


• Practice safe food handling procedures.


• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment for staff consistent with core values and operational goals.
