Role Overview

Service Managers are dedicated to creating a luxurious Latin American environment for Team Members and Guests. They cultivate a team and atmosphere that ensures every Guest has a memorable experience and keeps them coming back for more. They strive for perfection by preparing beforehand and executing with determination and drive, knowing that the guest experience is only as good as their team's experience. The development and training of the team is their top priority.

Responsibilities

• Adopt a guest‑first mentality and live the culture with a high‑energy, service‑oriented attitude that motivates the team and gets results.
• Develop a strict standard by maintaining the integrity of food and beverage quality, continuously train, develop, and mentor team members.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products, and production procedures.
• Focus on driving sales and assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and follow‑up with new team members.
• Ensure all food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to recipes, standards, and quality standards.
• Fill in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations.
• Participate in ordering and monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience in a high‑volume, full‑service environment.
• Must have a passion for hospitality.
• Results‑driven, trustworthy, and team‑oriented.
• Food Manager Certification.
