Clinical Therapist (CPC, MSW, LMFT)
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Organization: Vegas Stronger – Integrated Recovery & Wellness Center
Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Overview Vegas Stronger is an evidence‑based behavioral health and addiction recovery program dedicated to rebuilding lives through trauma‑informed, person‑centered care. We are currently seeking a licensed or licensed‑eligible Clinical Professional Counselor (CPC), Master of Social Work (MSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working with dual‑diagnosis populations, including clients with co‑occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and individualized treatment planning for clients in PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma‑Informed Care.
Collaborate closely with case managers, medical staff, and peer recovery specialists to coordinate integrated treatment and ensure continuity of care.
Monitor client progress, document sessions in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards, and participate in case reviews and treatment team meetings.
Support relapse prevention planning, crisis intervention, and discharge coordination.
Maintain ethical and professional boundaries in compliance with state licensing requirements and the NASW and AAMFT Codes of Ethics.
Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of compassion, recovery, and accountability.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (CPC, MSW, LMFT).
Nevada licensure or license‑eligible (CPC‑Intern, LSW, LMFT‑Intern welcome to apply).
Strong understanding of dual‑diagnosis treatment, trauma‑informed care, and harm reduction approaches.
Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with ASAM criteria, DSM‑5 diagnostic framework, and co‑occurring disorders.
Experience in PHP, IOP, or outpatient recovery environments.
Knowledge of medication‑assisted treatment (MAT) and integrated behavioral health models.
