Job Summary Join our compassionate and collaborative team as a Clinic Nurse (Registered Nurse) in Marshfield, Missouri. You will play a vital role in providing nursing services to clients in various settings, including residential care facilities and outpatient clinics. Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments to ensure high-quality care.
Evaluate clients’ physical conditions and determine the need for services.
Complete screenings and record initial medical histories and vital signs.
Monitor client health status and coordinate treatment plans with the care team.
Create action plans based on the individual needs of each client.
Oversee infectious disease control and promote hygiene standards.
Provide health education on disease prevention and risk reduction.
Manage medical emergencies and arrange necessary medical appointments.
Consult with healthcare providers to advocate for client well‑being.
Administer medications and monitor compliance while educating clients on their use.
Monitor lab levels and coordinate medication needs with pharmacies and families.
Document all required information in accordance with company policies.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse license in Missouri is required.
Must be willing to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services.
BCLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
Additional Qualifications
Must complete a successful background check (criminal record, driving, and fingerprint checks).
Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record; current auto insurance required.
Physical Requirements
ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull.
Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally.
