About the role The Global Lead for Physician Training Documentation is responsible for process ownership and documentation of mandated physician training as required by Boston Scientific's Quality Management System. This role interacts across Commercial, Quality, and Regulatory functions to ensure success in physician training documentation and compliance.
Work Mode At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
Owning US and OUS HCP Training Plans, authoring and driving global consistency in activities governed by these documents
Documenting and managing HCP Training records within BSC's Quality Management System
Managing product distribution controls, where applicable
Collaborating cross-functionally and globally with Professional Education, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain for distribution control management
Developing internal processes and maturing infrastructure for the training documentation environment, with a focus on automated workflows
Liaising with global peers to consult, instruct, and drive progress on global HCP Training within Endoscopy
Facilitating and leading problem solving with internal and external partners, providing consultative guidance within the functional area
Identifying and implementing process efficiencies to champion continuous improvement
Project management responsibility for deliverables within scope, typically of medium complexity
Ensuring compliance with the Quality Policy and all documented quality processes and procedures
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical device industry or a related regulated field
Understanding of Quality Management System Requirements, particularly related to Design and Risk Control
Knowledge of Quality Systems and Good Documentation Practices
Strong oral and written communication skills, organization, and high attention to detail
Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of Salesforce or a strong willingness and ability to learn new systems
Project management experience
Compensation Minimum Salary: $86,600
Maximum Salary: $164,500
The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com - will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
