Associate Litigation Attorney
Maron Marvel is a national litigation risk management firm focused on mass tort defense, client service, DEI, and attorney development. With over 100 attorneys in 14 offices across 12 states, the firm serves Fortune 500 companies in industries including energy, construction, manufacturing, technology, transportation, insurance, and liability‑related sectors. We are seeking a civil litigator with a minimum of three years of experience for our General Liability Practice Group and Toxic Tort Practice Group in Indianapolis.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Proactive case management from start to finish in both state and federal courts
Drafting pleadings, written discovery, motions, and legal research
Frequent client communications and reporting
Comprehensive legal analysis, case evaluations, and strategy recommendations
Expert witness coordination and collaboration
Deposition, court hearing, and mediation attendance
Qualifications
J.D. degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Indiana (other states a plus, but not required)
2–3 years of Litigation and Toxic Tort experience in both state and federal courts (a plus but not required)
Demonstrated ability and desire to manage caseload proactively from start to finish
Strong work ethic, ability to self‑manage and work in a team environment
Strong research ability, written and oral communication skills
Strong organization and problem‑solving skills
Desire to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to continued client development
