We’re looking for a highly motivated and results‑driven Recruiter to support our Manufacturing and Power Infrastructure functions, sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to scale our rapidly growing business. What You’ll Be Working On

Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner. Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience. Develop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach. Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations. Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes. What You’ll Bring to the Team

4+ years of full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience across manufacturing in a high‑volume setting. Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools. Experience recruiting in fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environments. Skilled in salary and equity negotiation. Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals (e.g., 5+ hires per month). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time‑management skills. Data‑driven, using recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy. Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS. Willingness and ability to travel as needed. Benefits

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $90,000 – $110,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation will be determined by the applicant’s knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Crusoe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
