Phlebotomist II – Methuen, MA
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM.
Pay range:
$22.50 – $24.86 per hour. Successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Job Accountabilities (Responsibilities)
Collect specimens (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams) according to established procedures.
Administer oral solutions as trained.
Research test/client information, confirm and verify all orders using lab technology, client contact, and approved tools.
Navigate a computer and accurately enter data.
Obtain identification, enter billing information, and collect payments following corporate policies.
Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, preparing for transport as required.
Perform non‑patient facing duties: inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, using email.
Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures.
Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data.
Maintain phlebotomy logs: maintenance logs, temperature logs.
Complete online and in‑person training courses timely.
Qualifications
Three years phlebotomy experience required (pediatric, geriatric, capillary).
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Flexible and available for staffing needs: weekends, holidays, on‑call, overtime.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, clean driving record.
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic).
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
The position requires effective communication in English.
