Pioneer Assay Design: Drive the creation and refinement of cell‑based assays in relevant biological systems with appropriate scientific rigor. Champion Assay Transfer: Lead method tech transfers, becoming the go‑to person for training and troubleshooting within our vibrant scientific community. Perform Bioanalytical Development: Conduct full‑cycle assays, from initial feasibility evaluation to FFP qualification or GLP validation to sample analysis. Lead Data Interpretation And Reporting: Transform raw data into valuable insights, shaping test procedures and submissions, effectively communicating results to stakeholders. Oversee Assay Documentation: Maintain impeccable reagent, assay, personnel, equipment records, etc., aligning with our SOPs and regulatory requirements. Manage Assay Lifecycle: Evaluate and manage the full lifecycle of cell‑based assay projects, ensuring they meet scientific, regulatory, and business objectives. Enhance Sponsor Engagement: Apply your scientific acumen to elevate client interactions and improve SOW/proposals. Qualifications

Educational Background: A Doctorate or Master’s degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, or a related field, with significant hands‑on experience in cell‑based assays. Assay Expertise: Proficiency in cell culture, cytotoxicity, immunogenicity, neutralizing antibody assays, biomarker identification, ADME/DMPK studies, and potency evaluations. Virology Skills: Experience with BSL‑1 and BSL‑2 viral systems, including AAV, RCL, and RCR. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with assay technologies such as flow cytometry, qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, and MSD. Software Mastery: Competence in bioanalysis software including FlowJo, Softmax Pro, and GraphPad Prism for data management and analysis. Research Commitment: Dedication to scientific research and problem‑solving in the face of challenges. Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities and excellent communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex scientific information effectively. Job Details
