BioTech X-ray, Inc. is looking for an energetic Ultrasound Technician to provide bedside imaging services in the Evansville area. The role includes a sign‑on bonus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the face of BTX to clients – professional, compassionate conduct, clear communication, and professional appearance are required.

Perform ultrasound and Doppler studies promptly and efficiently, triaging to prioritize emergent examinations.

Complete examinations on the patient and send images for interpretation before leaving the premises.

Follow technical procedures and best‑practice guidelines.

Maintain accurate documentation and upload images into PACs.

Communicate with interpreting physicians, review reports, and ensure timely reporting back to ordering physicians.

Properly care for and maintain company equipment, vehicles, and phones.

Promote services to build additional business.

Requirements

Must hold one of the following credentials: Registered Vascular Technician, Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.

Self‑motivated to help the elderly and disabled.

Able to work independently yet as part of a team.

Flexible working schedule to meet patient needs.

Excellent driving record; significant driving required. Vehicle provided.

Physically fit; physical exam required upon hire and every two years.

Experience with portable imaging helpful; training provided.

Drug‑free.

All candidates must pass a background check.

Follow the company’s technical procedures and best‑practice guidelines.

Maintain accurate documentation of services performed.

Upload images into PACs, communicate with interpreting physicians, review reports, and ensure timely reporting back to ordering physicians.

Properly care for and maintain company property, including vehicles, phones, and equipment.
