What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide learning consulting services by engaging with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions

Oversee multiple learning projects, conducting needs analysis and defining measurable objectives

Identify and implement effective learning methodologies, ensuring high-quality standards in learning experiences

Communicate and collaborate with various teams to achieve project goals and maintain strong client relationships

Track and report on the effectiveness of learning programs using data analysis and metrics

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 6 years of experience in employee training, adult learning/instructional design, and project/stakeholder management

At least 2 years of experience in employee training, including training or performance analysis

2 years of experience in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Learning Consultation, or a related field

Proficiency with tools such as Articulate 360 suite and Microsoft Suite

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

2 years of experience working in a global learning environment

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and various Learning Management Systems

Experience with AI tools for content creation

Master's degree in a relevant field
