Monitor and manage inbound claims files on FTP servers, ensuring timely and accurate uploads Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve discrepancies and support operational efficiency Review and correct validation errors, ensuring compliance with submission protocols Generate and submit encounter and supplemental files to CMS, maintaining accurate audit trails Analyze claims data gaps and provide insights based on data trends and reporting What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in health information management, Data Analytics, or a related field 2+ years of experience in the healthcare technology industry 2+ years of experience working with ACA and Medicare/Medicaid programs Familiarity with CMS/ACA submission protocols and 837 file formats Strong analytical skills and attention to detail How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of PHI handling and HIPAA compliance Experience with Medicare Advantage or Medicaid encounter data Ability to interpret Statements of Work (SOWs) and translate them into operational workflows Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools
